We are uncompromising about trust, respect and integrity.

  • You own your personal information & content. It is not ours.
  • You never receive targeted third-party advertisements or targeted third-party content. We think that’s creepy.
  • You have full control over your server, website, and community organization.
  • We do not manipulate, filter, or change the order of material.
  • Permissions & privacy are your rights. You control them.
  • You control who can access your content.
  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
  • You have the right to delete your account and take your content with you at any time.

Content Privacy Policy: You Own Your Content

You are our customer, not data to sell or allow others to target. You own your content. We don’t. We don’t share your content with marketers. Third parties cannot pay Axxess to target you. At Axxess you have full control over your material.

Illegal activity is not permitted. If we are made aware of illegal activity, we will take appropriate action. We ask that you not post any content that violates our Terms of Service (TOS). Please see our TOS for the list of activities that are not permitted at Axxess and the actions we may take with TOS violators.

Tracking Privacy Policy: We Respect Your Privacy

We don’t track you to sell your data to third parties, and we don’t track you to manipulate your content, and we don’t track you when you are not on Axxess. We do not go into your organization; in fact, we do not have access to your organization.  We don’t care what you do.  We will care if we receive serious conduct allegations, which violate our TOS.  But that will be handled between Axxess and our Client.  Otherwise, we just don’t care what you do.

We do monitor how users use our site in general so that we can make it better. We are monitoring traffic, usage activity, feature popularity and site performance, and we use general analytic tools so that we can improve your experience.

We use third-party service providers to help operate Axxess, such as with hosting and to protect our users.

If you make payments on Axxess, we may share your payment information with third-party payment service providers to process payments; prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities; facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds; and for other purposes associated with the acceptance of credit and debit cards.

Cookies – Where and Why

On our site, we use cookies.  However, if you use our communities, we will not use cookies at all.

Linking to Third Party Sites: These Are Your Decisions and Responsibilities

As an optional convenience for you, Axxess offers you the opportunity to link to and/or connect to third party websites, advertisers, vendor products, services, etc., including and not limited to social network sites like Twitter. When you click-through, connect or link to these third-party sites, products, services, etc., you are no longer protected by Axxess Privacy Policy. If you share to any third-party social site from Axxess, they will not be able to see back into your Axxess account. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these third parties, as they differ from Axxess privacy practices as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Axxess is not liable for wrongful use, loss, or disclosure of your personally identifying information related to your use of any third party.

Security: HTTPS and Encryption

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal user data and other information transmitted to us. For example, we encrypt your personally identifiable information, and most, if not all requests from you to the server are created over a secure connection (HTTPS).

We are currently developing an End-To-End Encryption network for our mobile and desktop pushing.  Those apps will not be available until we have that network in place.  No one will ever be able to see your data.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will delete such information from our records.
