Refund Policy

Welcome to Axxess!

 

Axxess does not provide refunds for any service or product offered by Axxess.  The only exception is in the case of extreme circumstances, and those will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to refund is at the sole discretion of Axxess.

Extreme Circumstances do not include:

  • Accidentally signing up for recurring payments
  • Changing your mind
  • Your spouse or significant other became mad because you spent your children’s lunch money
  • Service Disruptions; as our service is dependant on many factors outside of our control, service disruptions are non-refundable. The exception here, is if you can prove that Axxess was negligent, caused the service disruption, and you experienced financial hardship due to our negligence.

Specific services offered by Axxess may amend this refund policy.  Please see the refund policy for each service you purchase.  If no additional refund policy is present for that service, this refund policy remains effective.

Axxess works hard to make sure you have a safe space to express yourself, grow your business, network, and have a community of like-minded people.

If you would like to request a refund, please email billing@axxess.one with the subject line of “Refund Request”.  Axxess reserves the right to deny refunds, provide refunds, or to simply not respond to your refund request.  If your refund request is approved, you will receive email correspondence regarding the approval, the refund amount, and the timeframe you can expect it.
